One of the tools for reaching higher levels is to use mind ,when addressed mind it refers to the physcial component brain ..mind is more of the software which runs this hardware...

Brain characterized by two hemispheres of left and right with quatities of their own...

Most individuals are balanced between both..but in individuals with imbalance experience certain special quality and look out of sort when compared to balanced one..that's only perception..

One has to master switch off one hemisphere and maximizing another hemisphere of mind..like wise other side....
